Staff

The GIBA office is staffed by Gary Holmes (BID Manager), Debbie Naylor (Town Centre Co-ordinator) Vaakore Enosa (Ambassador) and Lopeti Ma'upese (Crime Prevention Officer). 

Gary and Debbie work together to manage and look after the town centre on a day to day basis – some issues require continuous attention like graffiti, street cleaning and rubbish.  Both Gary and Debbie attend Business Association meetings and execute the decisions of the Committee.  An important aspect of their work is to network with the various organisations in the wider Tamaki area.  Vaakore is our Town Ambassador.  Vaakore’s role is to provide an on-the-ground presence in the town centre, assisting in reporting graffiti, repairs and maintenance and assisting businesses with crime prevention.  He also supports GIBA by providing practical support for key events.  Lopeti is a trained, experienced Pacific Warden and patrols the town centre, acting as a liaison between GIBA, Glen Innes Police and our business operators.
