Each year, an AGM is held to review the previous year’s activities, adopt the financial statements, confirm the draft Business Plan and budget for the following financial year and elect the Executive Committee.
You must be a member of the association to vote and serve.
This year's AGM will be held on Wednesday 11th October 2023 at 6pm at the Chinese Mission Church, 222 Taniwha Street, next door to Bradley Lane exit.
There will be a chance to mix and mingle and enjoy some light refreshments is from 5.30pm.
